2. Our Services

We design, supply, and install domestic and commercial air-conditioning systems throughout the UK.

All work is carried out by qualified, F-Gas-certified engineers in line with current regulations and manufacturer specifications.

3. Quotations and Orders

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Quotations are based on information provided by you; any changes to scope, access, or site conditions may affect the price.
A booking is confirmed once we receive written acceptance or a deposit payment.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
A deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due on completion.
Payments can be made by bank transfer or any method specified on our invoice.
Late payments may incur interest at 2 % per month in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.

5. Installation and Access

We’ll agree an installation date with you in advance.
You must ensure clear access to the site and safe working conditions (power supply, parking, etc.).
If we can’t carry out work because of restricted access or unsafe conditions, we may reschedule or charge reasonable costs.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule up to 5 working days before the agreed date without charge.
Cancellations within 5 days may incur costs for materials or engineer time already committed.
If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll give you as much notice as possible.

7. Warranty and Guarantees

All installations include a 12-month workmanship guarantee.
Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied equipment, typically 3 – 5 years depending on brand and maintenance conditions.
Warranty may be void if another party alters or services the system without our approval.

8. Servicing and Maintenance

Regular servicing is essential for efficiency and warranty validity.

We offer ongoing maintenance plans or one-off service visits — details available upon request.

9. Liability

We’re insured for public and professional liability.
We are not liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. power outages, third-party damage, extreme weather).
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Use of Website

All content on this website (text, images, logo, and design) is owned by AC Pro Ltd and protected by copyright.

You may not reproduce or reuse content without our written permission.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Governing Law
